San Tan Village

Today was a pretty gloomy and humid day. Garrett seemed to be feeling kind of 'blah' so we decided to get him out of the house for some fresh air. We went to the splash pad at the San Tan Village Mall. I've taken him there a few times and he really likes it. Even though we spend more time driving to the place than Garrett actually spends playing in the water, he always has fun and I love watching him play. Some days, like today, all he wants to do is walk up and down the ramp and run everywhere else except the splash area! Good thing Daddy was with us to help chase after him. After playing in the water we took a break to dry off and have a pretzel. Then he climbed up and down the other play stuff until he wanted to run away from everything again. We did a little shopping and hung out at home the rest of the day. Very nice and relaxing.
